1 General Terms & Conditions

The 8bdk Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the 8bdk platform. By using this website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

8bdk bonuses and promotions are an exclusive benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be followed. The following terms apply to bonus usage under 8bdk's rules and conditions:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per member.
• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirement — typically 15–30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire; any expired bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• The cashback bonus applies to net losses only and is paid out once per week.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the 8bdk platform operate using a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that every game outcome is entirely random with no predetermined results.

• There is no opportunity to manipulate or rig any of the games on 8bdk.

• If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection, the game will resume from the last saved state on the server.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8bdk. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using bots, software, or automation tools to play games.
• Bonus arbitrage or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in hacking.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or proxy gaming.
• Chargeback fraud or payment deception.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8bdk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account under the circumstances listed below. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
• If it is proven that registration was completed using false information.
• If identified as a minor.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• If a member requests self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any verified balance (where no breach has occurred) will be returned to the member. Bonus balances are non-refundable.

9 Limitation of Liability

8bdk strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, members should be aware that there are certain limits to our liability.

• 8bdk is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or technical issues.
• 8bdk is not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• 8bdk is not responsible if a member's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• Full compensation may not be possible if a game session is interrupted due to an unexpected technical fault.
• 8bdk bears no responsibility for any financial losses a member incurs through gaming.

10 Policy Changes & Updates

8bdk may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Members will be notified in advance before any changes take effect. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given.

• Notice of policy changes will be communicated via email or a banner on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after the updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11 Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise between 8bdk and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. Members may submit any complaint through the support team.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of a complaint being submitted.
• Complex matters may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through a recognized mediator.
• All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the guidelines of 8bdk's licensing authority.
